The Sniper Purse or Snurse is a simple admin pouch /chest rig hybrid initially designed for use by Sniper/Spotter and Reconnaissance personnel to hold and record data while providing chest rig type carrying capacity. The platform has a unique harness system the can be completely removed. Allowing the pouch to be carried alone in the "purse" configuration or attached to any PALS compatible base. There is also space on the front to attach other PALS compatible pouches. On the inside you have plated to store writing instruments, calculator, GPS, plenty of room for data cards, log book and maps. There is also a removable map window which comes in handy when there is a need to pass info between personnel. We'll be listing it in the store soon. Here are a couple quick photos of the Snurse:

Latest NewsPosted in What's New on March 11, 2010 by Arclight Systems Just a quick heads up on what is going on with Arclight Systems. First we want to thank everyone that has signed up for the newsletter and our Facebook fan page. We had a mad rush for a bit there and had to get some orders out to the tip of the spear. We just got caught up with the rest of the project queue and are working on a couple prototypes. We'll be releasing more info on that soon so stay tuned, first announcement will go out though the newsletter. Taking care of a little bit of admin business, because Arclight Systems is primarily a "made to order shop" we will always prioritize gear production as follows: Deployed, Deploying, Military, Law Enforcement, and Civilians in that order. So if you fall into one of the priority categories let us know and in certain cases we may require proof of status. As sad as it sound some people will lie to get to the front of the line. A multipurpose chest rig that can be worn stand alone or directly integrated with side fastening body armor systems such as the CIRAS without compromising the release system. The foundation of the system is the Modular Mission Panel which can be swapped out with minimal effort to tailor your load to multiple missions. Additional panels can be purchased separately so thay they can be pre-configured. We will be offering panels with direct sewn pouches in the future. Contact us directly if you require this option in the meantime. Particular attention was paid to streamlining and lightening the chest rig whenever possible. For example there are no bulky buckles in the front to get in the way of extracting magazines from pouches. Constructed of high quality materials and hardware. The system can be made using either lightweight 500D or heavier more durable 1000D Cordura nylon in various colors including, Coyote Brown, Ranger Green and Foliage Green and patterns such as Multicam and Desert Digital and Universal Camouflage Pattern.
